Has anyone ever had to return a HH for defects or damage due to wear? I purchace the 4 season system and after three nites camping in the same spot the undercover neck peice tore. I called three times and was told to leave my phone # and someone would call me back to give me a address as to where to send the undercover back for repair. No one has returned my call yet."I Called the third week of December" I then emailed to three seperate HH addresses and still no one has contacted me yet.Anybody had the same problem or has any suggestions?

I don't think so - I've never seen him post on here. JRB posts here a lot - maybe that's who you're thinking about?

I'm pretty surprised to hear this, though - I've never heard anything bad about Hennessy's service before.

I got great service when I had a snakeskin that came apart, also on a fly I got but hadn't used and wanted to upgrade to silnylon.
I wonder if they might be on some sort of company vacation. I have some tree huggers on order since a week before Christmas and haven't got them yet, which is unusual. I've just been thinking I need to check on them.

Have you tried this e-mail address?
