I once woke up to find that my hiking buddies had tied the zippers on my tent with those nylon cable ties. Though I've never considered myself a "real" hiker and always more of a survivalist so my equiptment is tools of survival... Messing with my equiptment means your trying to cause harm to me and therefore I must defend myself accordingly my gear is a part of me when i step foot on the trail. That pack doesnt get more than 2 feet away from me. I sleep with it, I eat on top of it, I sit with it, I talk to it, I check it 10 times a day, and on very lonely nights I....
