Looking at this hiking shoe for a possible buy for warm weather hikes.

I found the same shoe on sierratradingpost for 50 some @ the midi and 40 some for the low cut. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this model.

Merrell makes a good shoe. I tend to wear them more often than most, especially when I can find them on sale.

Nice and light but not waterproof. But they do claim quick drying.
