Freeze-Dried here, Thru-Hiked the AT GA->Hanover before I fractured my ankle...I'm hoping to finish up some of the remaining sections over the next few months, and the first trip will be around Crawford Notch June 29 through July 4th. Anyone out there running shuttles in the area? If not, I can rent a car but I might still need a ride from the ending point of my section hike back to my car after my hike.
Thanks in advance for the input,
freezedried
I'm not aware of any regular shuttlers in the Crawford Notch area. If you need to get back to civilization in the White Mountains, a better alternative is to hike over to Pinkham Notch or Gorham. There is a daily bus connection to Boston.
Other than that, the AMC operates a shuttle around the White Mountains during the summer. It could take you from Crawford Notch to Gorham or Pinkham.

It's true that regular bus service will be easier from Boston/Logan. In addition to the Piknham route, you can actually travel right from Boston to Hanover. If you could manage to plan your next trip from Hanover (where I think you said you left the trail) to Pinkham, you'd be able to take full avantage of the buses both for airport transfer and shuttling. Just a thought.
Now, if you don't have enough time for that full trip, there is also an AMC shuttle (daily fixed schedule) that you might take advantage of, within the White Mountains. It typically can take you notch to notch, more or less AT trailhead to trailhead; Franconia, Crawford, and Pinkham. For instance, if you only had enough time for a trip from Hanover to Franconia or Crawford, you could use that AMC shuttle to get you around to Pinkham to pick up your bus back to Boston. Similarly, that shuttle could help you with a Crawford to Pinkham trip too, in conjunction with Pinkham-Boston bus service.
