I have 2, they are VERY SOFT, and sticky, so if using one for your hammock, putting it inside the hammock is a, , , , Challange. Esp if you have a hammock other than a Hennesy where you get it & have to turn into position.

IMHO: this would be a great pad as an addition to an underquilt.
