Currently The Cabin is in full swing AYCE B&D and inbetween,free shuttles to East B and SouthArm.$1.50 mile otherwise. Pine Ellis altho Paul and Ilene would like to sell it are in full operation for this years hiker season. The Andover Guesthouse has no caretaker or shuttles. There was a young thruhiker gal there last night ,the only other people in the place were two men doing construction in the area. Beware! Hopefully this situation is corrected soon. We have no hostle wars here,if we pick you up at the trailhead we'll take you anywhere you'd like.

'Slogger here ...just got into Gorham last night and resting our legs/feet after the pounding they took since Grafton Notch.
The Cabin Rocks !! ...but like Rambunny said, there is no friction that I can detect in Andover amongst the hostel owners. On our way out of the area at Grafton Notch, having been shuttled there by Rambunny, we met Paul (from Pine Ellis) and had a nice chat. He even remembered me from my stay during my 2003 thru (when I stayed with him)
