Speaking of your GG tarp...which you often do :D....I think I might get one soon to try out. Doesn't the weight bother you? The JRB and MacCat aren't much heavier than the stock HH tarp, but the GG is about a pound more. I think I might feel that after a while.

Neo ...that's a pretty cool looking set-up. I guess you could cut some of the weight (3.5lbs) down by using a silnylon fly. Based on the different models he offers I would probably opt for the green "Expedition" style at 1.5lbs.

I do like the idea of a double bottom that allows for the insertion of a matress and the fact that it is side entry.

I do like the looks of the Expedition style. How about the Rain Fly the site recommends. Has anyone used either product?
