It is probably a close-out -- the only size left is XXL.

I like mine... I got one before I headed out to Alaska a few weeks back. I needed something that was between my thin EMS rain jacket that I wear in the summer, and my thicker and heavier Gore Tex North Face jacket that I use only in the winter. I cam across this jacket at Campmor's retail store, tried it on, liked the fit, hemmed and hawed, and did not get it the first time.
I asked the clerk about it, and he said that while not as good as a comperable jacket like the Marmot PreCip, it was a decent jacket and I should expect a few years out of it of decent use. He commented that they had no one return any yet due to defects, and at the price, it was the better option for what they offered.
I ended up heading back to Campmor a week before leaving for my trip, still without a decision on what to do for a jacket, and was a bit resigned to taking the heavier TNF jacket as I knew the weather was going to be wet. They still had a big selection of them, and I decided for $30, even if I get one trip out of it, it was not that bad a deal, so I bit the bullet and bought one.
The jacket is not too bad actually... It has pit zips, a hood that can be folded up and secured under a flap, a chest pocket on the outside, and a small one inside the zipper seam that secures with velcro. It has a longer tail so it rides lower over your butt, has some adjustments on the hood, velcro on the wrists, and you can cinch in the waist.
I used it as my only jacket in Alaska, Juneau and Skagway and while hiking on the Chilkoot Trail in lots of rain and humidity... I was more then pleased to find out that this jacket worked great! I was expecting it to wet out quickly and I would be cursing myself for buying it, but no way. I even spent 4 hours in the rain while gold panning and never got wet inside. One of my friends also got one of the jackets and told me he was wet inside one day... Then I asked hom some details, and he had the thing shuttered up tight, no venting, while doing some serious up hill hiking... Well duh... It was not the rain coming in, it was your sweat with nowhere to go! I explained a little about the need to vent and things cleared up for him and he was fine again.
Overall I am very happy with this jacket, it may not last as long as a Marmot PreCip, but at a third the price, it is not a bad trade off. I plan to use it as my main jacket through the Fall here in the Northeast which means it will be seeing quite a bit of rain still. Would I reccomend it, yes, it is working well for me, but YMMV.
Catch you on the trail...
