Got a work-for-stay on this years thru-hike. Also ...keep an eye out behind the shelter. Most folks are oriented to the front of the shelter because of the fantastic view. I just happened to look out back and spotted a huge bull moose one morning.

I am not sure its advisable to hug a bull moose, but HYOH.
