Anybody out there in Whitblazeland have (or know anybody who has) a Nimbus Ozone sitting in a closet that they'd like to sell. Not interested in anything heavily used, beat to death or modified.

Thanks ...that's a good price for a retail dealer. Just thought maybe someone has one (or knows of someone else who does) and wants to offload it.
Not in a big rush. This is for a thru-hike in the future. I already have the Vapor Trail which I used on my 2003 AT thru. It's still got quite a bit of life left in it but I need something that will carry 35lbs comfortably.

Footslogger, I have an almost new Granite Gear Nimbus Ozone I do not use anymore. Only used a few times; excellent condition. Medium shoulder straps and waist belt, GG lid included(that lid costs $20 new); $90 plus shipping. I'm in Japan so shipping would be about $40. Or wait 'till April 1st and Ill ship it from the US for less. My email is registered, or post a reply. If you are interested, payment would be via paypal please.

FOR SALE my 2,700 mile nimbus ozone. heavy abrasions, minor modifications, severe color fade, New shoulder straps*, Like new hip belt pockets and a ATC member patch cross stitched on side pocket. I,ll start the bidding @ $200,000
* Replaced just after thru, due to blow in 100 mile wilderness, only 95 miles on new straps!
I just got a Nimbus Ozone from Moosejaw for $125. Email Cuba@moosejaw.com and make an offer. I might have been able to get it even cheaper, but didn't want to push my luck. You'll probably have to get the regular which will no doubt come with medium belt and shoulder straps. If they don't fit you can send them to GG and get a large belt and shoulder straps for the cost of shipping ($9).

How bad were the shipping charges ?

I buy quite a bit from them so I don't know if that had any effect on getting it for that price, but hey, if you don't ask, you won't know.
