I decided to do an online journal for my thru and am in need of a pocketmail.

Does anyone have a old pocketmail laying around they are willing to part with? I do not care about looks as long as it works and I can activate it on a new account.

Please PM me if you have one.

Thanks.

If you're willing to pay $49 here's a link to some new ones.

Just bought one the other day. Pretty sure you'll pay that much "used".

Thanks. I searched ebay before but for "pocketmail" not "pocket mail".

==================================

Took me a while to find it too. Nowadays I always try spelling variations when I'm searching eBay, or anywhere for that matter.

Happy Pocketmail ...or Pocket Mail, as the case may be !!

$49.00 is a great price for new. I paid $60.00 for mine used. Hey hammock engineer....some work with cell phones, some don't. If that's what you're looking for, I'd do some research on pocketmail's website before buying one. I know of Sharp, JVC, and then Pocketmail. They all look/function the same I think, but from what I understood on the pocketmail website, only the pocketmail model worked w/digital cell phones (and certain networks only).

Just some stuff I learned when activating mine.

Our Pocketmail unit was pretty hit or miss with the cell phone. I think it had as much to do with signal strenght as anything.

On the pocketmail webpage you can check cell phone compatibility. I found that when using my Sprint phone it had to be in analog mode or would not work.
