HEY EVERYONE.. I WAS MAKING SOME BEEF JERKEY THIS MORNING(HAMBURGER JERKEY), BUT MIXED UP MORE THAN MY DEHYDRATOR WAS CAPABLE OF MAKING, SO I PUT THE REST IN THE FRIDGE. IT WAS ALREADY MIXED WITH CURE, AND SEASONINGS. AND NOW I WENT TO PUT IN THE SECOND BATCH, AND THE STUFF I PUT IN THE FRIDGE IS BROWN. IS THAT NORMAL? IS IT OK TO BE IN THE FRIDGE AFTER ADDING THE CURE/SEASONINGS? I PUT IT IN THE DEHYDRATOR ANYWAYS, SO IS MY JERKEY BAD OR NO? :confused:

Your jerky is still good, don't worry about the color change.
