My first big agnes purchase was a Mystic 15* and Insulated Air Core (regctangular 72x20) combo. The bag was 4-5 oz overweight and never lived up to its temp rating (more like 20-22*). I sent it back to big agnes after a month or so. The pad on the otherhand was only 1oz over has kept me warm on 15* nights. For the comfort/warmth/weight, its one of top picks. At the end of last summer, I thought a little more comfort on shorter hikes would be worth the extra half pound for the wide/long version. Actually it was a whole pound heavier at 2lbs 9 oz. Used my 20% off coupon on the rectangular petite version. It weighs 1lb 12oz ? heavier than my full length?? I will say the new one has quite a bit more insulation. So they had lots of complaints about the temp ratings, added more primaloft, but forgot to update the weight on there spec sheets. Nice.

I've gone through 4 pads while i've had this one and i've only not taken it once.

I love my BA Insulated Air Core pad (20" x 72" rectangular). I'm a really cold sleeper and the temp rating of 15F is about right for me at 25F :D. I'd carry this pad even if it weighed 3 pounds - it is that warm and comfortable. I got one of my offset canes under it on a trip last year and didn't even realize it! Since dinos like to sleep together, we use quilts instead of bags on top.
