Any 2005 Thru hikers going this year????

Wow I just stopped in to this site for the 1st time in over a year :)

Are any of the 2005 class giving it a go this year. Man i miss being on the trail, but my knees are shot after 2005.

Definition of suck: Hiking 2100+ miles and the rangers not letting you climb katahdin :/

I ran into "Not Guilty" the other day. He said he did the trail in 2005 and was doing it again this year.

Scholar has started again.

TDS is starting again.

Several '05'ers are going to be doing various sections.

doing the Jmt this fall i hope... are ya still thinking Pct next year ?.. I miss the trail too... daggone it !

I won't be doing a thru this year but my daughter and I are doing the approach trail to Hot Springs starting april 6th as a shakedown hike for her...We'll be doing a PCT thru together hopefully next year.

I'm going thru again this year--starting April 9th and I'm hiking with my wife this time.

Damn I wish I could go back out!!! My goal is to Thru every 5 years. Don't think anything could compare to '05 thoough.

I made an attempt back in '05. I've got 3 weeks to wait, and then I'll be heading NOBO again!
