Not To Worry

:welcome Everyone is invited to the 18th Southeast Hammock Hangers Association campout in Hot Springs, North Carolina April 13-15. This is an informal gathering of hammock enthusisants. These campouts are held about 4 times a year & attendence has been as great as 40 campers.
We'll camp in a commerical campground at the edge of town, beside the river & only a few hundred feet from the Appalachian Trail. Our campsite has trees for about 15 hammocks, so bring hammock stands if you have them. Many other hammock-suitable sites are also available in the campground if we need them. More details can be found at: http://www.speerhammocks.com/Assets/HotSpringsApr07.htm
Hosted by Speer Hammocks, these campouts are focused on relaxing, learning & sharing--this is NOT a sales event, although vendors are welcome. Most major hammock brands, as well as many home-made versions are generally well represented. While everyone is responsible for their own food & transportation, Speer Hammocks will provide the Saturday night Hot Dog roast, so we do ask that you let us know if you'll be attending. Just email me at: ed@SpeerHammocks.com
We'll also provide a campfire with plenty of wood & a large 10x20 canopy for cooking if the weather turns bad.
Many of you have attended one of our campouts before & Karen & I are anticipating a good turn out next month. We look forward to seeing many old friends & meeting new ones. We hope you can join us for this spring outing....Ed
