My husband "Low Branch" left from Springer Mtn. Yesterday, please keep a look out and if anyone sees or hears about him could you drop me a note. This not knowing is harder than I thought it would be.

He'll be fine! The AT community is tight knit. Hikers really look out for one another.

Hang in there JMC. I dropped a very close friend off last Tuesday and I know what you're going through. I keep wondering where he is on the trail right now. It's driving me mad.
He's scheduled for a mail pick up in Bryson City, so I wrote him a note for his pick up as well. It helped a lot. I'm just hoping for a phone call when he gets there. :)
The trail envy I feel right now doesn't help much. ;)

Letting go and thinking about how incredible of a time he's probably having is a good start! :)

Well he made it to Unicoi Gap today at around 4:30pm, and some sweet person let him use their cell phone to call me..his is trying to make it to Hiawasee by tomorrow night to get out of the upcoming cold. So I feel better but not much.
