Just wanted to drop y'all a note before I leave. Tomorrow morning my parents are driving me up to Amicalola where I'll walk the Approach Trail for about the two-dozenth time, and then I'll be on my way north to Katahdin.
Whiteblaze was a huge help when I did my thru-turned-section hike back in 2005. After that, I was MIA around these parts for about a year. When I decided to try again this summer, I knew where to go for knowledge, inspiration, and a good laugh--right here to WB. Hopefully I've also been able to contribute a little bit every now and then.
Thank you all so much. I can't wait to see the old sights and make some new memories! Wish me luck! :eek:
