I live in Troy, Alabama. Thats about 2 1/2 hrs from the Pinhoti and 2 hrs from the Florida Trail. I need to get the hell out of the house and do some hiking. Unfortunately none of my friends here enjoy hiking. SOOOO I am looking for someone who might be interested in hiking for a few days to a week. I like the Florida Trail. I also like the Pinhoti but, I am very interested in maybe getting a taste of the G.E.T. Trail Hammock Hanger is Thruing for the first Thru of the GET. Any takers? Maybe June or July?
I am willing to go for longer. Mostly b/c like I said I am a fatty and gonna be fast out of the shoot and slow goings not long after that! I don't like BIG Mileage! I do like Big scenery! :D We will just say I like to smell the roses, daisies, mums, tulips, dirt, rocks etc etc.
