Looking for as much information as possible by people who have owned this quilt. Things like comfort and any side sleepers info would be very helpful...

And why was it never used?
I'm actually interested in hearing about people's experiences with the Arc Edge as well. Seems like not too many people here have used it.

I think the ARC Edge is cut very narrow. I have no experience with this quilt, but others have said it is made for the lightest possible weight. I would look at a Ghost for the added security. Personally I am about to order up an ARC Specialist. I need the wider girth and it gives more layering options because of the width. The Edge to me seems very specialized. But if you want the absolute lightest go with that. Another suggestion would be to get the Skaha Plus jacket and use this with the ARC AT. Look over at backpackinglight.com for info on the ARC Edge.

Just got back been away from my computer. It is Pertex Q and why it was never used is simple. While waiting for it (delivery time not 6 weeks but 9) before my Grand Canyon trip I decided it would be too warm for that time of year. It made me think of making my own which I did. Made a synthetic and it is good down to 40* but if you layer up you can take it down further not needing the nunatak. I am a warm sleeper too.

I just got an Arc Ghost in June, customized to use for summer with an ounce less down, and just love it. I considered the Edge, but thought it would be too narrow. Side sleepers do need more width to drape completely over them than back or stomach sleepers. My shoulder girth is 45 inches & as a side sleeper, I consider the Ghost the perfect width.
