I RSVP my camp site at Katadin Stream Campgound for the 12-14. It is only me and has a couple extra spots. If anyone is interested in joining me and helping with the site cost, let me know.
Also on a related note, I am going to be cutting it really close to making it before the gate closes. If anyone is able to help me out with a ride, I would be more than happy to pay for the gas.
OH EM GEE. i finally got my backpack in the mail! i have everything i need except for food. i didn't want to respond because i wasn't sure when i was getting it. but yeah nothing keeping me here. so um i can help split the cost of the campsite. the reservation is for this thursday right? sorry i'm cutting this response so close i literally just got this package and got all a spastic and jumped onto the computer to tell everyone and god i'm so excited. finally! a dream come true!

okay awesome. i replied via pm and e-mail. sorry, my brain is caught up in a whirlwind of the sudden realization of just how much i still need to finish.
if you still need a ride we could work something out. newengland is like a 2 or 3 hour drive to almost everything. ok, that's an exaggeration. but still. i have no problems with that. um, just respond either way. i don't think i'm sleeping much tonight. [:
Epic Sports, down town Bangor. I-395, Bass Park Exit. Straight thru until a one way only. Look at 11 o'clock, go around the block to park. Major stuff, like forgotten tent/bag.
Dick's at the Bangor Mall. Hogan Road Exit. Fuel/incidental stuff. Walmart, Target, Home Depot, grocery, health food store.
Super Walmart at end of I-395, accross river in Brewer.
Medway is only 57 miles north of the Hogan Road. Slow down for moose, anytime of day. Bunch of them in the road of late.
Try not to forget too much...
weather channel is saying thursday will be hot and humid up in maine with sectional thunderstorms. forcasting rain the beginning couple of days next week too.
guess i'll be keeping my rain stuff on top. [:

It's all good. Nothing wrong with a little liquid sunshine. It will be a nice change from all of the dry and hot weather Ohio has been having.
