What are some good directions for getting picked up @ Deep creek via USFS 71/Otto, NC/ 441?

What AT mile is this at? I was looking in my Thru Hikers Handbook and couldn't find it.

Go North on 441 to Franklin.
Get on 64 West and go about 15 miles to USFS 71. Turn left.
About 3.5 miles to Deep Gap.
I seldom go this way so you might want to confirm my directions with Ron Haven.
