That stuff sounds pretty heavy, you sure you can't do better? Swap out the 8oz bottle for a platypus, and dump that heavy knife for a razor blade... :-)
see you on the trail!

My guess is you will be bumming from the rest of us on the trail :D
Maybe this thread should be moved to Hiking Humor:D
Also you can get rid of the flint and learn to use your mind to start fires like i do.:jump

:-? Don't carry any water container -- just camel up at every water source you see. And, if you let your toenails grow longer before you begin hiking, you can use the big toe's nail as a cutting edge! You'll soon be in the record books for the lightest UUUUSSSSSUUUUUL hiker!

i thought the flint was for sharpening the knife... can you do that with your mind too?
I doubt his mind would work to sharpen the knife, but I do know a few folks whose heads are probably hard enough to do the job!

If you can sharpen the knife with your mind, Grasshopper, who needs a knife?

In my experience, most film crews are fairly heavy. I'd suggest leaving them behind or making them walk.

How many members of the invisible film crew are porters?
