Does anyone know if I can buy a vermont/new hampshire trail guide somewhere between pittsfield mass and vermont border? i'm in new york city, taking a bus to pittsfield, have a massachusetts guide but nothing after I get to Vermont. thanks
There is an Eastern Mtn. Sports store North of Pittsfield, South of Mt. Greylock. It's just off RT 7 close to the AT.

If you can't get one in Pittsfield, I bet the Mountain Goat Outfitter in Williamstown MA has one; there are also several fine bookstores in that town as well.
