I just got my thermawrap parka delivered. It seems like it fits just right:-? . It seems like its a little tight around the bottom though.

How are these jackets supposed to fit? Are they supposed to fit snug or kind of baggy like a winter snow jacket would? I'm a small guy and I got a small jacket after measuring myself and looking at the sizing chart.

I don't know, should I order a medium and decide which fits best, then send the other back.

They're supposed to fit snug, like athletic gear, not like the sags' clothes or whatever in the hell they call themselves on the westside of town.

Can't wait to test it out in a couple weeks.

I have one, size large due to my 39"waist, and it fits close. Maybe too close but I think that may be my problem and not the fault of the parka. What kind of zipper does your's have? Mine maybe an early one, it has a finicky fine tooth zipper that's kind of hard to start and difficult to work when you get close to the chin area. Doesn't seem all that strong but haven't broken it in the two years I've had it. Overall I think it's great parka. Dave

I have the same parka. I think it is generally too warm to hike in and I will be using it primarily in camp. I have used it with several other layers underneath and my Peak shell on the outside.

Since you have it in hand, wear your layers as you would while backpacking and not just by itself. It must "play well with others"....
