Tom Hennessee (sp?) told me that the Walmart windshield screens (the bubble wrap ones with the silver outsides trimmed at the foot end), biggest size, full size at the head end, placed under your bag or inside your bag is said to provide you with warmth =to your bag's temp rating when used inside his hammocks.

In really cold weather this is NOT gonna cut it. I speak from experience. If you are going to camp in cold weather get an underquilt.
