just spoke with her. wonder and her are hangin out talkin womantalk. we came up with a cool fund raiser for the new hiking center. im auctioning off her knobs! door knobs. shes givin her concent. im gonnna throw this out their and if it takes, we'll put em on ebay.anyone? who will be the one to posses the very knob containing all the dna of all the thruhikers that have ever touched her knobs?! think of the cloneing possibilitys! we cane make a minnesota skateboarder and a wyoming smith. a lonemary and trail angel wolf. a marsha starlyte and a sly,...wait, they must be prime numbers,...cant clone em.
a froliking tater and an appalachian dino.....

Reminds me of a stage musician I saw when in college.
Part of this guy's act involved a slightly curved 3" diameter very long balloon. He would blow it up to a certain length, and call out the name of an apt Shakespearean play.

how bout we auction off " great knobs of the appalachian trail?" containing a knob frm noc and one from rons and some from maine and we gift wrap them in sets of 3. that way knowone has all the knobs and they become tradeable like cards. we make the first set, janets, shaws, and the doyal. the second,..rons,hiker inn and welcome hiker in glenncliff. the third ,...blueberry patch , church of the mountain and ironmasters. and so on. 12 sets of knobs. all worth a fourtune in donations.and fun to do.
