Hooray! Fla is good for executions.
Hooray! Fla is good for executions.Florida is 5th overall in the number of executions that have taken place since the death penalty was reinacted in 1976. Sooner or later this POS will meet his doom on a gurney somewhere. Too bad he can't be linked to something in Texas, they exectured 26 last year alone.

Lets try to find out just how many he did kill before we put the POS in the ground.

Ted Bundy tried to bargain for his life, he wanted extradiction to Washington in exchange for telling all. Then he denied or changed his story several times, so Florida fried him.
Can you trust a murderer (confessed) to ever fully tell the truth?
I don't think using trust and his name in the same sentence are a good idea. Remember NC is building a case on him right now, too. :dance

I do wish they would bring back the electric chair at Stark just for this one time!
Then again, even that's too good for someone like him! Take him into the 'Glades, duct tape his hands and feet, and leave him hanging suspended by his feet from a tree with his head inches above the water in a canal somewhere. Go back in a day or two and burn what's left!!!
I thought that when a person was convicted in different jurisdictions that he had to serve his his first sentence before being transferred to serve any additional sentence. If thats correct, it could be 30 years before the people of Florida finally gets their hands around his neck. Too bad.

While GA could refuse to turn Hilton over to FL's system, I'm 99.9% sure they won't if FL is able to get the death penalty in the Dunlap murder. Hilton will no doubt fight going to FL's prison system in a federal court and who knows what will happen there.
If the Emerson family is willing, the GA governor could pardon him for Emerson's murder and turn him over to FL after he is convicted of Dunlap's murder and sentenced to death........ this would stop any legal maneuvering to stay out of the FL system.
As I understand it, the NC murders (John & Irene Bryant) are now being investigated by federal authorities because the murders took place in two counties in NC, but the theft from the bank account took place in TN. Hilton will likely end up in a federal prison eventually if FL doesn't execute him first.

Kind of ironic, but I hope he lives long enough to be executed.

Hilton is also being looked at for a murder of a man in Daytona. A double whammy for him in the state of Florida if found guilty.

Hilton is also being looked at for a murder of a man in Daytona. A double whammy for him in the state of Florida if found guilty.I believe I read that DNA evidence had ruled out Hilton as the killer in the Michael Scot Louis murder in the gruesome killing of Michael Scott Louis, 27, near Tomoka State Park in Ormond Beach.. His decapitated body was found spread among three trash bags on December 6.
I’m just glad they got him, nothing done to him is enough to make up for his actions. I can’t imagine what the family of Meredith has and will continue to go through. To have a life taken away for no reason is hard to understand. My heart goes out to them…
