Hey all,
I Thru-ed last year, and am now based in DC. As a result, I'm itching to hit trail... thinking about getting to Harper's on the train for a weekend. Anyone know my prospects for getting myself and some friends shuttled to I-70 (Washington Monument or thereabouts) this early in the season?
The alternative is to hike the other way in, but I don't know if I should subject my new-hiker friends to the Roller Coaster...
