I wouldn't carry the 200wt fleece, carry the microfleece and get a primaloft vest like the OR, I just bought my daughter one and it weighs 8oz. The vest, microfleece and precip should be plenty for April. It can still get cold in April.
As for packcovers, you need to try it with your loaded pack, so if there is no place near that means you need to get some dimensions and start ordering now. I think Granite Gear and ULA sell them. You also need to dummy cord the packcover to your pack, they can get pulled off by a branch or blown off by the wind.

Just be aware that early April can still be a snow month and nights can see temperatures down close to freezing in many areas. In 1980, I was sitting on Waikiki beach with my family, and there was an 8-inch snowstorm on the East Coast. Temps dropped to 27 degrees F.
Even though the snow melted in two days, it remained much cooler during the day for the next week. My point? Be sure you have the proper clothing available. No one wants to carry more gear than is absolutely necessary. You can always send heavier things home when the weather breaks for the Spring. Generally, April 15 has been the best date for warming temperatures.

I am still taking some capilene when i start with a hiking shirt, microfleece, zip in fleece liner and then outer shell. I use the zip in in camp as a sweater over my microfleece then dicth it before bed and sleep in capilene.

Partinj,
What are you after? If your trying to cut weight than go with which ever one is lighter and leave the rest behind. With that said, if you go with the lighter jacket than you are going to have less to keep you warm when you make camp. Bottom line is are you out to hike the most each day or are you going to spend more time in camp.
