Between Doc's knob shelter and Wapiti the Ribble trail (north end) intersects the A.T. Water is listed in the guidebook at this intersection. 1) what type of water 2) camping at that location?

Creek, and plenty of water there, really almost 1/2 of the way from Kimberling creek to Wapiti there is water during the spring. I was out there a few weekends ago and all the springs/creeks were running, and it has rained plenty since. There are several nice camping areas, off the trail before and after the intersection. There is a real nice area 1/2 a mile after the Dismal Falls blue blaze
