I was, of course, using the acronym FOS to stand for "fossilized old s**t".

Often after a concrete pour there's a little bit more on the truck than was needed for what the concrete's being poured into - so often the truck will go around to the back of the site and drop its remaining load before washing out for the trip back home. The pile of remains we often called "dinosaur *****". Never did try to sell that when I was a college kid inspector though, looks like I missed out!

While out on a ride we found rocks that dinos swallowed to help them digest their food. Yup, just like birds. The rocks were polished smooth. I wonder if they are worth anything. True story no S#!T.
