Not easily. The winter season ends in March most years. But to summit the mountain, one needs a party of four, all hiking together and all with experience winter technical hiking, winter technical gear, and with a leader that meets park qualifications. And even once you climb Katahdin, you'll face severe winter conditions through Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
