Theres a big group starting the 1st of July.Just go, youll hook up with someone once out there more than likely. I'll be out July 21st, maybe I ll see you. Good luck

pete moss is right just head out ,you'll meet others and hook up with a group of hikers you'll like. pre arrange a partner and you might regret it. have a good hike

I agree its better to join in with a someone, if you don't click you can just leave'em behind. If you plan your hike with someone you have to hike their hike.

Just go. You'll meet folks along the way. This is pretty much "peak season" for southbound starts.
