Parking at Rockfish Gap, SNP?

Hello!

Quick question. Is overnight parking available near the entrance station at Rockfish Gap, the southern end of skyline drive? If not, where's the closest parking area?

1) There is a small trailhead lot just to the north of the bridge that separates Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

2) If you sign a waiver at the registration desk, you can park at the Inn at Afton nearby. The desk clerk will direct you to a specific area to leave your vehicle.

You can likewise park at the Visitor Center below the hotel.

I was going to suggest the Inn at Afton, but Skyline beat me to it. They have a huge parking lot, apparently much larger than needed. It's a five minute walk down the hill to the trailhead. I'd certainly call them and/or speak with them first.
