Anyone ever hike the Long Range Traverse or the North Rim Traverse located in Newfoundland, Canada?
From what I understanf there is no trail, no trail signs or no blazes. Just wilderness. You are not aloud to backpack the trail unless you can prove to park wardens you can use a map and compass to navigate. I have seen pics and video and the trail looks beautiful. It looks like you have to walk through some very thick vegitation at times and ford some rivers. What do you guys think? Anyone ever backpack it? What was it like?
