Is there much spring water available between Hot Springs and Erwin now ??? Last year springs where dry or nearly dry.

I climbed up Sugarloaf and that short ridge line at the worst time of last years drought, and Devils Fork was still flowing. The waterfall that is halfway up the climb was just down to like a garden hose but still going. Then Hogback Ridge's spring was still going pretty good.
That short ridgeline seems to retain water fairly well. Then of course I been up there and a squall comes over from Camp Creek/Coldspring and completely drenches me. Then I am running down the ridge with lightning striking behind me.
