I may be heading up to Glencliff New Hampshire this weekend to see Jonathan at Moonbow and get fitted for a gearskin. I was thinking if it was not to cold I might hike into Jeffers Brook Shelter and spend the night. Does anyone have any recent report on the trail heading into the shelter from Glencliff?

There's a report on Views from the Top as of yesterday for Glencliff to Mousilaukee summit. Packed snow all the way with some icy spots. Claimed snowshoes and crampons were not needed.
