Would you consider an REI bag rated at minus 20F? I only used this bag on one three-night winter trip where the temps were at a low of minus 20F and a high of 0. The bag is in excellent condition. This bag is OK at its rated minus 20 only if you wear several layers of clothing, but it is fine at an actual 0F with only long underwear.
My experience is that bags only keep me comfy at their rated temps if I wear extra clothing and I tend to sleep warm.
