They still have glass lenses and produce great color. I had to run outside in my crocs and pajama bottoms to get the shot. Cold feet!!! It was almost 60* here a few days ago. I've never seen it accumulate so early here in the Piedmont (we have gotten flurries but never enough to coat the ground and trees). Earliest I've seen here (and lived here 22 years) is December 1.
