Yup..fixin to get some shut eye....headed home in the morning. Wish I had more time to stay for the whole hike. There's always next year!

Great! I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to get back to the day job on Monday. There were over 100 hikers starting out on Saturday morning. A little cold and windy at first, but by mid-morning everything was nice.
I'm typically not the social hiker type, but it was a nice change of pace. I met a lot of great people and will definitely be back next year.

It was a killer, for sure! Good fun for the whole family.
I will admit I got a heck of a blister on my heel, walking on that road is hard on your feet. Haven't had a blister like that in years...

Looks like it was a good starting crowd. I know that the first weekend is always big and dies off after that. Nice day.
