You mean Peg Leg? He said he went back to Perry and will prolly be paddling the Suwanee for a week so his foot can recover.

I was affraid that would have to happen. Oh well, better luck next time.

I talked to him tonight. I am off for a few days so we are going to try to kayak/camp the Swaunee River. Hammock Hanger and Bear's buddy Scott may go as well. Gray, you up?

I did a lot of canoeing when I was a kid. I'll let you guys have all the fun. The upper Suwanee is best (near Fargo and you'll shoot the big shoals). Another good place to start is the Withalacoochee near Madison on Highway 6 at Blue Springs. A lot of springs in that river and nice small shoals. Flows into the Suwanee across from Suwanee River State Park.
