Im looking for something to carry my 2 year old in while Im snowwhoeing. Ive been researching options and have decided on Wilderness Engineers Kindershuttle Ski Pulk. I was wondering if someone here may have one for sale. Brand new, they are quite pricey! So used is ok with me.

Thank you.

This guy over at Hammockforums.net made his pulk from a plastic kids' sled:

Plastic kids sleds are commonly used by winter backpackers in Maine. I suspect they would serve equally well for bringing along kids. The best use 10 feet of flexible and light weight rod from a chimney sweep brush kit instead of a rope for pulling. With rope the sled tends to run you over on the down hills.

Aluminum or plastic tubing sold for encasing electric wires also work. Chimney rod, though, attaches more easily because it has screw threads on the ends.

There is a link in there somewhere about them and another with homemade versions.

I have seen the enclosed versions here in Acadia and thought they were really slick, but had no idea the price tag! Rugrat looked toasty inside.

Those heavy ice fishing haul your gear sleds would work I bet.
