You might want to search e-bay for "Dana". Somebody had a small and medium set of the longbed/shortbed shoulder straps. No Waistbelt was listed. Kelty also parts theirs out, and I am sure Jansport does as well.

I called Eureka 2 weeks ago looking for them. They no longer stock them. Bummer - They used to keep a huge box of hipbelts and shouler straps in the back.
I think one of the final straws was the Susquehanna flood a couple of years ago - Eureka Camping Center ended up closing for about 6 months. Much of Conklin was flooded. I was scouting the internet and haven't been able to find much.
