shuttle/transporttion?

I plan on parking in Harper's Ferry; catching the train to DC then one north. I would like to start my section in Ducannon. How is the best way to do this? Usually I arrange for a shuttle from my car north, then hike back to the car. I saw on a map that the train goes into Port Clinton, but that would be too far for my summer section hike. Any ideas or recommendations?

Greyhound will get you to Harrisburg then it's about 15 miles into Duncannon. Not sure how much a cab would be. probably $30 or $40
