Ride to Springer

Anyone going through VA somewhere close to Fredericksburg after St Pattie's day on there way to Springer? I would love to catch a ride with my dog. I started southbound on my thruhike in 2008 and am in Duncannon right now staying with Trail Angel Mary. I would like to get to Springer to become a SNOBO. ha.
