The way things worked out I won't be hitting the trail until Sat the 28th which only leaves me 6 days to hike 110 miles... I've been "training" and been able to get myself up to 17-20 miles a day BUT that is in flat, albeit sugar sandy, NJ pine barons... I've heard a lot of people say that rides will be available if I'm a little short. How do I find out about them? Any input would be awesome!

the trail will be flooded with people in the same situation....more than likely you will meet up with some fellow hikers that will have helpful hints on how to make it happen
