The Rendezvous Motel does shuttles - I used them on 2 hikes in '05 (http://www.trailjournals.com/entry.cfm?id=89307) one of which was in the dead of winter.
From the Companion:
Lodging: Rendezvous Motel, (540) 921-2636,
$41.04s, $49.68d up to 4, dogs permitted, unlimited long-distance phone,
CATV, laundry, denatured alcohol, MSR compressed gas, Coleman fuel, shuttle as schedule permits, shower without stay $8, holds mail and packages for guests addressed to 795 North Main St., Pearisburg, VA 24134. If you leave on a Sunday, they will mail your packages for you. Very hiker-friendly.

Thanx, that's all I needed......
I stayed at the Rendevous in Pearisburg twice last year and used them for shuttles both times. No problems, fair pricing.

trent's store, about 25 miles south of pearisburg does shuttle for .65 cent a mile, or so they quoted me last fall. they haul a lot of amish around and will go quite a distance.
however, always check availability and confirm price.

Wanderer:
Call Brenda at the Rendezvous, she's great and knows the area really well, and has been helping hikers for years.
