Just got this knife from one of the owners of the company. Family owned knife company in Providence RI since 1919, Colonial knives produces high quality knives of all sorts. This was a gift that was given to me at the restaurant I work at, Patty is one of my best customers on Saturday nights and it is the nicest knife I now own, and super high quality. Best gift a customer has ever given me...Thanks Patty.
