:sunhi mike, i'm looking to hike the AT next year and would like to get some practice in beforehand. i'm a relatively new hiker, although I run long distance and I am in great shape. I would love to get some practice hikes in before I start. I'm in NY. Let me know if you're interested...courtney
I'll be doing a little bit of Va in june this year. Starting in SNP and heading up to Front Royal,about 5-8 days probably depending on how much scenery I decide to take in if anyones interested. If anyone comes down from up north I can provide a ride from Jersey down to Va and back if needed.
I am in northeast PA and try to get out when I can. I already did CT last year and NJ. Next month I am doing SNP and up to Harpers Ferry,160 miles, if your interested. I want to get out in PA too from Palmerton to DWG on an extended weekend hike.Anywhere else in is good for me too.

Old, slow hiker - Harpers Ferry north to wherever I get in two weeks.... Starting June 11.

I plan on doing some slack packing from Duncannon, PA to somewhere in CT or maybe just inside Mass. If my new baby comes on time, I will be starting out on June 19th and will stop hiking by July 4th.
