My girlfriend and I will be taking a shuttle from Mt Rogers Outfitters to fox creek at 12 noon May 11 and hiking back to Damascus for trail days. It's about 42 miles and we don't plan on hurrying... We'll stretch it over 4 1/2 days so we get there Friday evening or Saturday morning. We'll be leaving the following Monday. Just wanted to extend the invite to anyone that's interested.

When is Trail Days? I am working in Charlottesville at UVA Hosp. on 5/11 and 5/12 and may want to stop in Damascus.

Trail days is not cancelled. That's the dumbest thing I've heard all week. Why would they cancel something that's been successful for 23 years? I'll be there to enjoy it.
